On November 16, 2019, the Museum of North Idaho moved a 116 year old home from 8th & Sherman to 8th & Young, where it will serve as the centerpiece for a new museum. Everyone keeps asking, when will the J.C. White house be open? There is necessary construction to achieve a certificate of occupancy that must be completed in 2020 prior to moving on to the next phase. MNI has secured 1/3 of funding needed to meet the 2020 deadline. You can donate to the Building Fund at museumni.org and help us reach this goal.
