A fundraising event to support Special Olympics Idaho!
Join us for some “Shamrock Shivers” on March 14, 2020, at the beautiful Hadadone Event Center in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho! The St. Paddy’s Penguin Plunge is a fundraising event for the athletes of Special Olympics Idaho Kootenai County Bears! The Penguin Plunge a cool way for people with warm hearts to raise money and awareness for Special Olympics Idaho. Adults (18+) must raise a minimum of $125 to “take the plunge” into Lake Coeur d’ Alene. Youth (17 and under) must raise a minimum of $50 to take the Plunge! After the Plunge, participants get to warm up in the infinity pool at the Hagadone Event Center. The the water in the pool will be warmed up to hot tub temperatues! All Penguin Plungers will receive an offical Plunge Beach Towel and there are incentive prizes for those who raise more than $250.
Chilly Level: $250 Penguin Plunge Towel and Beanie
Cold Level: $500 Penguin Plunge Towel and Insulated Mug
Frostbite Level: $1,000 Penguin Plunge Towel and Hoodie
Frigid Level: $1,500 All Prior Incentives
Arctic Level: $2,500 Penguin Plunge Towel and JBL Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker
Glacial Level: $5,000 52 qt Hard Side Cooler and Penguin Plunge Towel
Check in and Pre-Event Activities will begin at 9:00 am. Plunge Begins at 10:00 am. All Plungers must be pre-registered on the FirstGiving link below.
