12th Annual Royal Raffle & Benefit Ball @ The Cd'A Resort
Mar 10 @ 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm

This is a wonderful evening where the school families and community supporters come together to support Classical Christian Academy and bless the teachers, families, and students who attend.

We start off our evening with a plated three course dinner provided by the fantastic Coeur d’Alene Resort. While you are eating, you will be entertained by our student talent and can peruse our silent auction tables. After dinner is over we will close down our silent auction and move on to the live auction. As the evening progresses, we will have some fun games to play, a special appeal, and a wonderful way to bless our teachers at CCA who give so much to each of our children.

The 2018 Sorensen Auction & Soiree is the 12th Annual event where parents, businesses, and the community come together to embrace the creativity and distinction of a special little school!

And, in typical Sorensen fashion, you’ll be delighted by a creative theme for the evening – The Wizard of Oz!

So, while you mingle, enjoy a feast, libations and live music, you’re also paving a path to success for kids – their very own Yellow Brick Roads.

2018 Regional Teen Human Rights Symposium @ Human Rights Education Institute
Mar 17 @ 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

You asked for it! We’ve got it. The 2018 Regional Teen Human Rights Symposium will provide a full-day of human rights education to secondary students ages 13-19 (some exceptions made) and interested in deepening their understanding of human rights history and humanitarian issues today.

The Program has three primary goals:
Develop students’ understanding of the complexities of history, empower students to be leaders in their communities who support human rights and genocide prevention, and to provide examples of past and current role models who have made a difference in their communities and the world.

This Teen Human Rights Symposium will reduce hatred and open dialog for more compassionate youth and young adult citizenship. Students will have a better understanding of human rights, will gain confidence to speak out against bullying and hateful actions, and can infuse an open acceptance of culture and diversity in their communities. We expect students will become more compassionate human beings and develop and share more meaningful relationships on school campuses and in the world around them.

NICS Royal Auction @ Red Lion Templin's Hotel
Mar 17 @ 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Our auction is scheduled for March 17, 2018 at the Red Lion Templins Hotel in Post Falls and will feature both live and silent auctions, where donations and class baskets will be used to fund our commitment to excellence. This year’s goals include our desire to improve many of our technological and academic functions as a school, which includes updating computer equipment, providing classroom budgets for each class and funding our robotics program. As always we will also replenish our financial aid fund.
Tickets are $35 person and include dinner and dessert. Tickets may be purchased at the school office. We would love for you to experience our auction in person, but there are other ways to participate:
 Cash donations are beneficial and help us buy items for silent and live auctions.
 Item donations or theme basket donations are also helpful. To promote your business, your business name will be displayed with all donations and all donors are listed in our brochure.
 Sponsoring a table at the auction publicizes your company on the dinner table regardless of your attendance. The cost is $325 per table and includes dinner tickets for 8 reserved seats. If you are unable to attend we will provide seating for NICS staff members. You may also advertise in our auction catalog.
