Running Shoes 4 Kids Harvest Run

Come and enjoy age based races, obstacle course, face painting, and more! It’s a race the whole family can enjoy races start at age 3 and go all the way up to a 1 mile citizen race. There are prizes and raffles through out the event. All to benefit running shoes 4 kids!

We will be having a small silent auction and a few Raffle Items up for Grabs

Funds raised during this event will be used to help with emergency food kits for our seniors during the winter

Winter Swap @ Kootenai County Fairgrounds

Winter Swap is the largest winter sports event in North Idaho and it returns Nov. 4 at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds from 9am to 3pm.

Thousands of new and used skis, snowboards, winter clothing and more will be available at some of the lowest prices available anywhere.

Admission is $5 and children under 12 are free. Entry to Winter Swap includes a drawing for free season passes and other great prizes.

Winter Swap is sponsored and organized by the all-volunteer Lookout Pass Ski Patrol. The Lookout Patrol was founded in 1938 and is one of the oldest members of the National Ski Patrol in the country.

Veterans Day is coming up soon and we believe a simple thank you is just not enough. We teamed up with Generations Dental and Implants Northwest to provide FREE dental care for a procedure to homeless and in need military veterans on Friday, November 10th. Veterans will need proof of status, i.e. DD 214 (Separation from Military) or Valid ID such as a VA or military retired card.

SOUPort the End Of Homelessness – St. Vincent de Paul @ Kootenai County Fairgrounds

Great community event. Come have lunch and enjoy 45 different soups served and prepared by local businesses and organizations. All proceeds will support the St. Vincent de Paul North Idaho Winter Warming Centers. Donations will also be accepted at the event: blankets, sleeping bags, socks and sweatshirts. Some of our local heroes, peace officers and firefighters will help clear tables and sell wooden nickels. Purchase tickets online or at the door.
