Pure Barre is a community focused fitness concept opening early 2018 in Midtown. We want to give back locally, all the while empowering women through a unique style of fitness. Pure Barre founded the ‘barre concept’ 17 years ago, and still leads the industry because it works. It’s fun, fast paced, safe & open to every fitness level.
We have partnered with St. Vincent De Paul & the Coeur d’Alene Resort to put on a fun & inviting fitness event — all for charity! Let’s sweat, laugh & raffle off great prizes January 21st!
Cost: $15 per person for the class
This free-spirited painting features a beautiful dog in bold modern colors and abstract strokes. You can easily change the silhouette to a horse, cat, or other animal of your choice!
This month we are “painting it forward” with the Kootenai Humane Society! Proceeds from every seat will be donated to help out our furry friends.
You are invited to FamilyPromise of North Idaho’s 11th annual dinner/auction Northwest Fest and Salmon Feast to be held at the Eagles Lodge 209 Sherman Avenue in the upstairs ball room. The event begins at 5:30 p.m. with time to view and sign up for silent auction items. Dinner is being catered by the Greenbrier Catering with salmon or chicken as the main entry, roll, salad with huckleberry dressing, roasted vegetable medley, wild rice pilaf, and dessert. First I would like to introduce myself, my name is Melaine Collins and I am the current President to the Board of Directors for The Panhandle Autism Society (PAS). PAS has been in our community for over 20 years and I have been volunteering for this organization for 8 plus years, my heart is so full with the continued community support we receive to help PAS implement Our Mission: “Panhandle Autism Society supports individuals with an Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families in Idaho’s five northern counties through education and enrichment opportunities.”
Firefighter-Paramedics from the Cd’A Fire Dept, Northern Lakes Fire District, & Kootenai ire & Rescue, along with twho Kootenai Health ER physicians are raising funds for a medical mission trip to Cochabamba, Bolivia, to teach pre-hospital trauma lifesaving skills.
The Hospice Wine Taste event is the community’s choice fundraiser for Hospice of North Idaho. For 33 years wine and food lovers relish in this extensive experience.

Coeur d’Alene Charter Academy’s 4th Annual Soup & Chili Cook-off is the annual fundraiser for the school. Attendees will have the opportunity to try 30 soups and chili and vote for their favorite. This family event will include a silent auction, live auction and game room for kids.

Includes all entertainment, food sampling from seven competing restaurants, a souvenir Mardi Gras pint glass and traditional Mardi Gras fun, including the crowning of the 2018 King and Queen of the Mardi Gras to be chosen during the evening, plus prizes for best costume and most spirited reveler. A prize for the one who finds the baby in the King Cake, and a door prize. Costumes are encouraged but not required. Beads and masks will be available for sale at the event.

Wine, Stein and Dine is the annual fundraiser of the Post Falls Education Foundation to fund innovative classroom grants for Post Falls School District educators, all subjects, in grades K-12. These grants greatly enhance the learning experience of the students, and motivate the educators to create new ways to teach.
The Foundation has awarded over $575,000 in grants to teachers in the district in the last 21 years. The event draws up to 400 people (21 and over)
This event includes tasting of microbrews and hard ciders from local breweries, and wine from area wineries, with an array of foods from local restaurants, live music with Bill Bozly, wine tree raffle, photo booth and silent auction.

We’re honored to have Safe Passage friend, Greg Green, as our keynote speaker. Greg is a Coeur d’Alene native and the CEO/Co-Founder of Fatbeam, a fiber optic network provider serving the western U.S. As a child, Greg was exposed to ongoing domestic violence. He turned to sports and religion to help cope with the trauma of his home life. Today he is a successful entrepreneur and philanthropist.
